who is staying at a Hotel in Cuba, he needs it ASAP
can I send it via Fedex? (in other words does Fedex deliver to Cuba?)

FEDEX Does not deliver to Cuba, nor UPS , only DHL and certain things, you can not send all kinds of stuf and is very very expensive , just for 2 lb of fotos and letters it cost me 42.00 ( and tha was with a special rate since I used my company's account)
The reason is that FEdex is an american based company and there are no commercial relations between the 2 countries ( US emabrgo) , and DHL is a German based company. And by the way do not count on speed the fastest way that the package arrived was a week.
