Some peopple would thank thats too much but thats them, personally i dont think its alot, its all about the amount u put on and they way u put it on. I mean if u put on inch thick eyeliner and slather on the foundation it will be too much. but as long as you use evverything in moderation it will look fine. if u feel like its to much maybe use something a little lighter liike bare minerals foundation/powdeer =)

To much makeup is defined by how much you put on, not how many different kinds you use. As long as you aren't caking it on or trying to cover up your face to the point where all anyone will see is the makeup then you are doing fine. You are young and that is most likely why other people might think you are wearing to much, but if you took the class and understood what they taught you then I am sure you are doing it well. All you have to do is remember as you put on your makeup that it is intended to make your natural beauty look even better. Accent the features that you know are your best, and don't worry about what anyone else says. When you feel that you look pretty then you will look beautiful to others.

It depends in different situations. If you have a breakout your most definaterly going to want foundation and concealer, but putting on too much makeup isnt very good for your skin. Its clogging up your pores and can cause a lot of acne problems. Eyeliner, eyeshadow, lip gloss, mascara, and concealer are most definately appropriate! I never leave home without them! But espicially at a young age, when it comes to your complextion keeping it fresh and young is very important. Putting on powder and foundation and blush is just clogging up your pores and making you look like your makeup is caked on. Just try a tinted moisturizer OR a bronzer and you have a natural glow and your good to go! If there is excess oil try using Clean n Clear Morning Burst Oil Absorbing Sheets. They come in a green case. Good Luck!

For your age i would say foundation is most likely not needed. allthough when its a special occasion and its night time than its ok. I personally wear tuns of make up I like the way its blending in. unprrofessional use of makeup looks tacky. Mostly in school it gives a bad rep. If your skin is nice and has no scars or blotching, show off your skin with earth tones and a nice powder bronzer that matches your skin tones. I have learned that less is better. Now that I am older I really wish I wore less when I was younger because now I kind of NEED TO wear more..

As long as you have beautiful skin, you don't need all those layers. They taught you professional model faces, not every day.
Most 14 year olds look great with a little mascara, blush, and lip color. If you must wear the rest, do it so it looks like you don't have any makeup on.

Im 14 as well, and I only wear eyeliner and masscara, occasionly eye shadow. It may be just me, but I think what your wearing is abit much. But I go for the more natural look, and guy seem to like that better. Too much of that make-up as well makes me feel like a clow. But since your in the modleing business then its fine. I wouldnt know. Just dont put on to heavy of what your wearing.

What's the problem? Don't you like your face? You are 14! Just a child! Maybe if you let others see what you really look like you'd find yourself to be more popular. Large amounts of makeup and preparing is a cover up. Get out from under the mask and let the world enjoy the wonderful young woman you really are, not the phony you pretend to be.

If you have good skin you really don't need all that. When I was younger and first starting to model, I only wore mascara and chapstick. Now I'm older so I wear a little more but it really depends on what you're comfortable with. If you like it, don't let anyone else tell you what to do.

I think so....(btw thx for answering my question). I also model and as a model I think its important to stay natural. I think you should prolly start limiting your self to lip gloss and mascara.
I want to get that super short haircut so i look diffrent. because I want to be an international model btw .

for 14 it is too much if it's a day to day thing, when your modeling, fine put all that stuff on, but for a day to day, you don't have to put so much stuff on, with just some eyeshado, eyeliner & lip gloss your fine
