Military?
you are terribly misinformed, only listening to what you want to hear from right-wing gossip. The reduction in military spending started under Bush senior as a result of the threat of soviet aggression disappeared, and clinton continued to reduce wasteful and needless spending diverting the funds to antiterror efforts, and education.
intelligence agencies
more right-gossip Clinton proposed all the information sharing that the republican did not implement until after 9/11.
I guess they didn't think many things were important concerning national security until September 11th.
corporate corruption??
I know Clinton didn't run all of those corrupt corporations.
Was Clinton involved with Enron? nope, but many Republicans were implicated in the matter.
Social spending....ok now you are painting with a big brush, since Clinton was the one that put limits on welfare benefits.
Office of the Presidency?? The only people who destroyed that during the Clinton years were the people who feel it necessary to poke their nose in the personal lives of others.
entitlement programs...yet again painting with a pretty large brush.
Health care for seniors?? ummm obviously you aren't aware of the problems implementing Bush's plans, or the current problems that exist with it. The previous program was far better.
National Security??
most of Bush actions were Clinton proposals to begin with that were block by a republican majority, during his last few years in office
carpets in oval office...not even worth a comment.

Well, since Bush has done nothing since taking office besides focus on the war in Iraq and do his best to chip away at the Constitution, I'm not sure why you're even asking this question.
What has Bush "fixed" that Clinton messed up? All of his advisors are jumping ship faster than drowning rats, so to me, that's a sure sign that they have no faith in the administration. And these are his friends. So what does that tell you?

Do you even know what a hillbilly is? And as far as correction, if any was needed, I would hope a President of the free world could do it. Otherwise, what were WE thinking in electing him? Get a clue, prejudice freak with nothing more to do than to bash all that he knows not the first thing about.

do some research and find out just what Bush did prior to
9-11.
He backed off Clinton administration's anti-terrorism efforts.
Shelved the Hart-Rudman report.
Appointed new anti-terrorism task force under Dick Cheney. Group did not even meet before 9/11.
Called for cuts in anti-terrorism efforts by the Department of Defense.
Gave no priority to anti-terrorism efforts by Justice Department.
Ignored warnings from Sandy Berger, Louis Freeh, George Tennant, Paul Bremer, and Richard Clarke about the urgency of terrorist threats.
Halted Predator drone tracking of Osama bin Laden.
Did nothing in wake of August 6 C.I.A. report to president saying Al Qaeda attack by hijack of an airliner almost certain.
Bush - knowing about the terrorists' plans to attack in America, warned that terrorists were in flight schools in the US - took a four week vacation.
By failing to order any coordination of intelligence data, missed opportunity to stop the 9/11 plot

About as much crap as the next PResident is going to have fix after Bush gets done screwing up.
BTW, there are soem problems with your list there as it relatesto Clinton.
1. Military-I can remember that just before first Bush left he signed a bill that closed a large amount of military bases saying that Cold War was over and the defense department could not justify keeping these bases open. I know because I lived near one of them. THose closings happened gradually over several years after Bush left.
2.Intelligence Agencies-Clinton did scale back necessary human intelligence to make up for the massive debt that was left, but has this President actually made thigns better? Homeland Security is a joke. The same problems that existed then exist today. THe only difference is now there is a name and a face to put to the beuracracy, Michael Chertoff.
3. Schools-No child is left behind because the bus hasn't left yet. These test that were supposed to make school districts accountable have done nothing except set a bar for them to reach. Cirriculum now is simply based on those tests so that the kids can regurgitate it back out so that the schools can get their money.
4. Corporate corruption-This Administration ahs made corporate campaign and back-rubbing a staple of how it does business. Look at the Energy Summit that Cheney conducted. No one knows what happened in there amongst the largest energy giants in the world because Cheney made those papers classified. Also, Haliburton has made the most money off this government than ever before with their high-priced, open-ended contracts to rebuild Iraq. Then there is Lockheed Martin who is making a killing everytime a bomb is dropped or a defense proposal is made relating to missiles or guidance systems.
5. Social spending-This Administration has not stopped social spending. They came in on a big white horse promising to change things like welfare and social security, but they failed. The grand "privatizing" of Social Security failed because Congress realized that it simply would not benefit most Americans. The average American does not have the resources to obtain a brker to invest their portion of social security. Also, if a portion of social security were to be privatized and given the the citizens to invest, then there would be even less money to keep it going. And what would be the cut off point for people to get their money? Do you tell the people who are 45 and younger to get their money and invest on their own. or do you make 35, or 25?
And then there is Medicare. What happened to great campaign promise that Bush was going to fix it? Instead he proposes a ridiculous prescription plan that most senior citizens don't want to get involved in because they don't understand it. At least Clinton had a comprehensive plan back in 1994, unfortunately Gingrich and his rabble rousers shot it down without even looking at it.
6. Office of the Presidency-People make more jokes now about Bush's stupidity and his dumb looks and mannerisms than ever before. Sure Clinton lied, but at least when world leaders referred to him and spoke with him, they didn't snicker. Bush has a lack of respect in the international community because of his failed foreign policies and ridiculous cowboy attitude.
7. Entitlement programs- It was teh Republican lead Congress that refused to act on this issue when it was hot two or three years ago. Also, you can add Bush to that list. And I still don't see him fixing any of it.
8. Health care for seniors- Agian Clinton had a comprehensive health care package in 1994. Gingrich and his buddies didn't like it becasue first, it came from Clinton, and second, it didn't support their campaign contributors. And why just the seniors, what about the rest of America?
9. National security- The great Republican slogan. With open borders, a defunct DHS, a drug trade that has been gaining steam since 9-11, and still bad grades on transportation security. Yeah, I feel so much safer. Maybe George can hit the button on security level threat and make the pretty colors change. Or Cheney can tell us all that we are in grave danger unless we let him look in our bedrooms at night. The fact is that America is in just as much danger now than it was in 2001. Probably even more so because we have made many more international enemies and our avenues of diplomacy have been circumvented by Bush's ego.
10. Carpets in the Oval Office-Clinton used her dress, not the carpet. Besides, I don't think Bush wants to have those cleaned just yet because he has to get he white powder out of them that he and his daughters spilled.

William Jefferson Clinton wasn't the one responsible
for getting us into the hopeless situation that we face
at the present time.
He really tried to DO SOMETHING about the people
behind the terrorist networks.
He deserved a third term--at least.
You can't compare George Walker Bush: he is the
first President to deserve impeacment since Nixon!
