I wouldn't risk it. If it runs lean from insufficient fuel flow, you will trash the engine.

It's better off going with the right fuel pump for your turbo car. If you haven't got the right fuel pressure going in you never know what can happen. I'm not good with Rotary/wankle engines but I know that not enough fuel, especially on a turbo application, can cause more heat than you want. Fuel is used to cool the combustion chambers/chamber so best go with something that will supply the right fuel.

I doubt it, the turbo may require higher fuel pressure to operate. The only way to know for sure, is to check with the part numbers for both vehicles. If the part numbers are the same, then they will switch.
