I just started my freshman year in high school. On my third day, I was walking around the halls because I didn't want to go to my class. A teacher found me on the third floor and took me to the counselor's office on the second floor. I didn't want to talk to her, but she wouldn't leave me alone, so I walked away. The dean tried to block my way, but I dodged him without touching him. I went back up to the third floor, and he called 2 security guards. I stopped, told him I didn't want to talk, and tried to walk away. The guards blocked my way, so I turned and tried to go the other way. One of them rabbed me and put me in a full nelson and the other put me in handcuffs. They then hauled me down a flight of stairs to the dean's office. The dean called my mom, and LIED to her, saying that they handcuffed me because I shoved someone. I never, the entire time this was happening, put my hands on anyone. Granted, I struggled when the guard grabbed me, but he put his hands on me first. (Cont'd)

I had an inch-long red welt on my wrist from the handcuffs until the following morning. The next day, I was walking around the halls again, trying to find my class. I was walking down the hallway with the dean's office in it, and the dean tried to divert me into his office. I tried to get around him, but he grabbed me. I struggled, and the same guard that grabbed me the day before grabbed me AGAIN and slammed me into the wall. I told him to get his f***ing hands off me or I wwas going to smack him upside his head. He threw me into the dean's office so hard I almost hit the opposite wall, and said 'I don't think so.' So I threw my stuff on the ground, got in his face and said 'Oh yeah? Try me.' He didn't, so I went and sat at a table until my mom arrived. I called him a bunch of names and used a lot of profanity. When I got home that day, my shoulder was hurting from being slammed into the wall, so I reached up to feel it. My shoulder had and still has a sort of concave place that is

If you're just going to tell me that I'm a brat or this is all my fault or something, don't waste my time. Go beat your meat again or something, you hairy-palmed jerks.

OK, first, maybe you should have left school and roamed around somewhere else

Second, you are a freshman, a minor, that guard and the dean were out of line if they laid a violent hand on you. Ever hear of police brutality?

If you still have the shoulder problem, go to a doctor, get a note to certify it is injury brought on by trauma, then go to the police. You don't need a lawyer, the men, MEN who viciously abused you, a minor in high school, need the lawyer, you just need to press charges.

Your parents do not need to be involved, they were not there.

The point is that the excessive behavior of the guards prompted your natural protective stance of fighting them away and cursing them.

Good luck.

Ahhh high schoolers trying to do what they want. Not much you can do. Thats like asking can I rob an old lady infront of a cop, tell him I don't want to talk to him walk away and turn around and try making the cop look bad for doing his job. You broke the rules, guards are there to do their jobs, next time follow the rules spoiled brat. If you wonder why everyone calls you that take a good look at yourself. Grow up.

Not to put too fine a point on this, but if you were in class where you were supposed to be, this would not have happened.

If you are at school, you are under the direct control of the school. If you do not comply, then well you can see what happens. If you believe excessive force was used, contact a local attorney for advise.

Seems like you don't want an answer you want some to say you were right, I can't be that person. If this really happened why are you still able to be online? No punishment? Just ask them to give you a prison number now, no since in waiting.

Stop being a spoiled brat and do what you are supposed to while at school. Then you won't have these problems.

I guess you just confirmed what everyone here is saying. You are a spoiled, self-centered, poor excuse for a human being and got what you deserved. NYAH NYAH NYAH!!!

Oh, by the way, nice story. You might want to get it published when you're finished.....HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

You can be very glad that all they did was handcuff you. They took you to the counsellor's office, left when she tried to help you, ignored the dean when he tried to help, and proceeded to do what you wanted. What you did is grounds for expulsion in most systems.....maybe that's the point? you want to be expelled?

Stop whining. I highly doubt this happened the way you said. Go to class and you wouldn't get in trouble. Geez.

Why don't you try actually going to class, that might help. They should have put you over their knee.
