If it's ripped off down to skin, keep an eye out for infection at the end of the toe. You can use a small amount of anti-biotic ointment like Neosporin on it to help ward off infection. The nails may or may not grow back, but no further harm should be done.

If they open up and bleed again or you think you see bone, a trip to the vet is needed as soon as you can manage.

This happens with cats too, when the claw gets caught in something and pulls off the nail bed.

They bleed, if it's still bleeding, dip the paw into corn starch to stop the bleeding. And then let the paws heal naturally. In a week or two a new nail will form over the damaged ones and they'll be back to normal. Don't touch them or fool with them. It's like us loosing a fingernail if we get a finger caught in a slamming door.

Ooh,you might try trimming them short yourself, but I think I would take the bunny to a vet.At the very least, keep his bedding super -clean,and ask a vet what kind of antibiotic ointment you could put on the toes.Rabbits are sensitive to so many things,I wouldn't want to tell you what kind to use

Consult a vet and chalk this up to experience. Hard-wood/concrete floors really aren't suitable for a rabbit to run around on, since they're a species used to living outdoors. The important things are getting him help now and fixing the problem of his living habitat so that this doesn't happen again.

Clip the ones that you can safely, the ones about to fall off will do so on there own. Maybe put down cardboard for him to run around on, until his nail situation is resolved.
