We use to have pets but we live in a Condo. I want a Shepherd
cross and hubby wants a Boxer. So we talk to other people's pets.
It's amazing the way they understand. Our grandpuppy looks at us
when we talk to her. If we could have our big critters we would spoil
them and love them to bits. Animals are naturally loving and trusting.

Yes, all of the time, I have a dog and two cats and I talk to them all, I don't work and I am home all day by myself so they help me keep my sanity or do they? I am afterall talking to something that can't really talk back, not english anyhow.

The dog. We all talk to him like he's a person. He has to go to time out when he's misbehaved, gets treats for good behavior and we throw him a birthday party every year. He's a good dog.

i talk to all my pets. i call my puppy (a labrador-mix named Teddy Lumpkins) my Baby. i always say "I love you!" before going in for the night. I tell them "Goodbye, Love You Guys!" when leaving the house.
I see animals as equals. lol my step dad and mother think i'm completely nuts, but who cares?

yes. We have 2 cats and 1 dog and we talk to them all like little babies. We are all like hi there my little princess how are you? Is she a hungry girl? Oh My goodness let mommy get you some food Yes! And we go like this, Who is a cutie pie hmmmm? who is soooooo cute and adorable? Is it Buffy? Is it Mug-Zee? Is it princess? Oh!!!!! It's all of you Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes!!

i talk to my dog and he sits there and listen to me like he understands what the hell I'm talking about. the best thing about talking to pets is that they dont get smart with you or talk back. they dont nag you. and they dont yell at you.
