i dont wanna do commercials, well may b only if i dont have 2 talk.. cuz that would make me so nervous

When my son first joined Kids Talent Network I told them he could only do print because he was shy. But, now he has done a lot (A&E show, a 48hour film, and a commercial). Now, we are looking to get him an agent for LA for everything (print, theatrical & commercial)!
If your parents are there to support you, I'd say start with classes. Even acting classes would help a model, I think. Even if you just want to do modeling, there is speaking involved, as you will have to audition.
My advice is to work on your speaking and shyness first.

The modeling industry in the USA is located in NYC, you have to live here if you are serious about modeling. Ask your parents to move to NYC so you can model.

maybe u should go on antm( Americas next top model ) or cntm (Canada's next top model)
