that you have filed for divorce does not mean that it has been granted, nor that it will be granted.

suppose it isn't granted [for whatever reason the court finds sufficient] and you've already gone and ....

but you're still legally married.


then did you just commit adultery? Yes.

if this is some man floating you this line ... I know what he wants and let me tell you, he isn't any better than the man you're getting rid of. And maybe some worse -- for sure, he isn't going to be there when you need him, only when he thinks he needs you (or someone).

might be you'd do best to forget this guy.

If there is a separation agreement in place, then it is not considered by the law to be adultery. If you have no Spearation agreement and are filing divorce, it is adultery.

You are legally seperated,but if you think about the religious
view, you would still be committing adultry. If you are of any
faith the Bible states till death do us part. God states you can
seperate or divorce but you don't take another man or woman. I get really upset how man has decided for himself
that he can marry as many people as they want and it's okay.
This is why many people I know don't even attend churches
today. I think people just don't want to try at a marriage.
