...oh, you have to be referring to the 1988 action/shocker, "Hero and the Terror"; the most imposing and imtimidating character actor, Jack O'Halloran, gave a very impressive performance, as a veritably unstoppable psychopathic juggernaut, who succeeds in giving ol' Chuck a run for his money, as far as high-intensity action and punishment (...and this is the same guy who played the mute brute, Non, in the first two "Superman" movies)
