I'm not sure I've understood the question the best way. What could be effective if is an AFTERplay and you want to perform it DURING? I'm joking! According to me a man ejaculates after a long time when his woman is on him during the love act. Cunnilingus is a "must" to arouse your partner.

Do not change the mating position. Continue mating even after ejaculation. continue kissing session to maintain erection and stimulation.Perform oral talks to arouse your partner. In fact if you remove the mindset and perform the afterpaly same as a foreplay one can have second session of intercourse after the first. If both the partners are co-operative and true lovers it brings full joy

For the man, the moment ejaculation is over, sexual urge is gone, that is called satisfaction. Continue sexual act isn't thrilling anymore. You need to get off for a rest till the next time.

is it always mating?? what about having fun... if your gonna take such a clinical view of sex you will always be an underachiever... it's a give and take thing... your not gonna always be satisfied, nor is your partner. you aim for the ultimate afterglow... it's always fun that way ;-)
