I would suggest talking with your mom about all these questions you are having. She can best advise you & every body is different, including yours. So far, everything you mentioned sounds pretty normal, the bumps, the smegma, etc.

It's all normal, don't worry. The "whitish cream" actually has a (dorky) medical name called "smegma", it just happens there because the skin is moist and it forms between the folds of the labia. Perfectly normal. Keep it wiped off when you go to the bathroom, it won't cause an infection or anything but you don't want it to start causing an odor. The bumps are just the way the skin looks down there. Part of that is the hair follicles under the skin where the pubic hair grows from and also there are little fatty deposits there too, under the skin that can look like little yellow bumps. Perfectly normal.

the only thank you to confirm in the event that they're herpes is a swab try, which you ought to get at present once you're somewhat worrying (swab texts are lots swifter and greater fee-effective than blood ones; you will could desire to attend 6 months after the outbreak to make certain that your blood to seroconvert and confirm the reliability of blood outcomes, while you may have the outcomes from a swab try interior 2 weeks). even even with the shown fact that, a known herpes outbreak (first outbreak) would be observed via flu-like indications (fever, muscle soreness, and so on.). If it is the 1st time you have had those spots and you're no longer experiencing those different indications concurrently, it quite is possibly no longer herpes, yet a rapid painless try could furnish you with peace of recommendations.
