You have a recipe that calls for 8 cups of water. How many liters of water do you use?

I know one cup is 8 fluid ounces and 1 liter is 1.057 qts but I dont know how to put it together or if its in the problem. Can you help me step by step please?

1 cup = 8 ounces

8 cups = 64 ounces

64 ounces = 2 quarts (1 quart = 32 ounces)

2 quarts = 1.892 liters (2 quarts / 1.057 quarts per liter)

The same thing, go to Google, type in 8 cup=? liter,,,, the answer is 1.8927059 liter.

vol = 8 cups
vol = 8 cups(1 liter / 4.226757 cup)
vol = 1.893 liters
