why is it bad to puch out discharge

Pushing out your BM is not recommended, what kind of discharge are we talking about?

Do you mean " push out " ?? If you are referring to a vaginal discharge, it cannot be " pushed out". Depending on what the cause of the discharge is, it may or may not require an antibiotic. If it is a yeast infection, there are over-the-counter medications that are available. But, since, I'm not certain as to what you mean, it would be best to contact your Doc so that he/she can determine what is happening. I hope that this helps some.
