last wendsday I went to the doctor for lightheadedness and I have a slight ear infection and when they tested my blood pressure it was 140/100 now I am really lighthead ,even after taking the antivert and have a headaches. Also my vision seems to be blurring up on me should I call the doctor or go to the er?

should add that i am having a follow up mri from a admormal mri last year thats shows a cysts on my brain

I've had high blood pressure for many years and I never had symptoms. It's called the silent killer because most people don't even kown they have it until it's too late. I would not focus on blood pressure right now. Your problems are most likely related to something else. Could be vision problems, could be an inner ear problem. BP does not usually have symptoms.

Blood pressure will make you get dizzy and light headed,but not blurr your vision,Go to the Doctor

might be middle ear in fection
