The solution of the inequality is
x < -a
and
0 < x < a
(see graph http://s210.photobucket.com/albums/bb64/oregfiu/?action=view¤t=sinx-0.2x.jpg ),
where "a" and "-a" are the solutions of the equation
sin x = 0.2 x

This is a transcendental equation and can't be solved by a closed formula.
The approximate value of "a" is 2.59573.
