can any one toled me that it will grow or not ?

I read in a magazine recently that the average size was 4- 6 inches, so you're not unusually small or anything. Anyway, just find a girl who genuinely likes you for you and it should be no big deal! And who knows, you're young, it could still grow. ;)

It may or may not grow. Puberty ends between 16 and 21 unless you are a late bloomer, so there is still a chance.
I had my first vaginal orgasm with a guy that was only 2 to 2.5 inches.... so my advice, learn to use what you've been given, be a generous lover and size will not matter.

Stop worrying. If you make yourself into an interesting and confident person, women will not care about your penis size. Women want you to treat them well and consider their needs as equal to your own. Size just is not important if a woman is in love with a man. But if you keep obsessing about your equipment and act shy and insecure, then your behavior (not your penis size) will drive women away from you.

Don't be if a girl makes a mockery out of you then she's shallow then she's not for you. Look once you accept yourself for who you are and become happy with what you got you will find happiness with yourself. If you meet a girl that accepts for who you are you worship her but with true emotion. Another thing you're not alone about your 4" there are people with the same situation.
