Snape. Here is a man who had a longtime crush on Lily, but never managed to get her, she went for James. He cared for her enough to plead with Voldomort to spare her, not caring if her child or husband were killed. He hated Harry more out of jealousy and past rivalries than for any real hate for the boy. James' son, Lily's son....alive when the woman he adored had been murdered. The carbon copy of the school mate he despised the most, the one that took his away his chance at possible happiness.

For me I think it's Uncle Vernon. His arrogance and completely stupidity are an annoying combination. Even when faced with irrefutable evidence he just can't accept what's happening in the magical world.
