I used to be *big* on the whole over-planning thing....planning got me through school, got me out from under my family, made me the first one in my family to complete the coursework and *earn* the bachelor's degree.

Catch is....planning is an answer. Sometimes the *question* changes and pulls the floor right out from under you, repeatedly. I did everything I could, when I was younger, to try to land myself a respectable, middle-class desk job....

And from about 1980 onwards, those jobs got outsourced and in general became made obsolete. Yeah, I had other problems too, but that's not the point.

The point is that I aimed too tightly and then the target didn't just move, it *disappeared* outright, and got replaced with the kinds of Wal-Mart/McJob crap that a) I suck at, and b) that I had worked and studied all my life to *avoid* having to do.

And well, every time I plan more than a week at a time, things go to crap. Life keeps falling apart, and/or becoming so vicious I can't keep up....

So *now,* say within the past 2 years, yeah, I wouldn't call it a big whatever, but I really don't *trust* plans anymore. Seems like I get screwed *every* time I plan for any sort of future. And well....my motivation and desire to try *yet another* plan that is sure-as-hell *going* to fail is pretty close to zip.

So yeah. Tomorrow is a bit of a whatever, in terms of, "I want to do stuff, but I won't be shocked or hurt if nothing happens *again* seeing as how nothing works."

It hurts less that way, to not expect anything anymore. -_- Sorry. Sometimes you have to give up on people and things ever getting *good*, never mind better, for a little while.

Thanks for your time! ^_^

I am always thinking of the future and what will happen in the next few seconds. Sorry, I can't think longer than that. lol

I think I've under-planned mine. I need to start making some plans and sticking to them.

I'm a little too spontaneous. I don't make grocery shopping lists, let alone plan my future.
