Yes and no. It depends on where you live and your age.
If there is anything sexual its even worse.
Porn, yes and no. Normally porn there is a sex act or simuation. For soft porn it could be just looks or body positioning.
Its not a good idea. If that picture falls in the wrong hands. it could be copied and posted all around the school, put on a web site or used agains a persons repuation throught their school years. They could be suspened or expelled if its becomes a major distraction.

Umm why you so concerned about what they are doing? Why in the world would that ever be illegal unless your friend is older than this girl, then thats a problem, but if she is taking nude pictures for HER boyfriend, im sure its nothing he hasnt seen before

If either 1 of them is under the age of 18, then it is considered illegal.
This is not pornography my friend. They are both in love, I think its just a way to spice up their relationship.

its considered as porn its not appropriate...
maybe his girlfriend is really HOT that's why see wants to do it now instead of waiting later on when she is married.
IN MY OPINION i think that its more sexy to show my naked body to my HONEY on our honeymoon, its more of a surprise... if your friend doesn't like what she is doing then tell your friend to break up with you because that's like sexual harassment

Tell us the link, and let us be the judge. I'm sure they are doing it to be known. Lets "spread the wealth" and share amateur porn!!!
Hope this helps.

I think that is a very inapropriat thing to do you should tell your friend what you think about that I don't think he would get in trouble from the police about it but it's just nastey.

as long as she is just doing it for their personal use there should be no problem. people do take pictures not a big deal. i think its only considered porn when sold or if its sexual material (ex.. her playing with herself)

Tell your friend that you don't like her actions. let her know she is not acting like a woman. She is making a fool of herself .
Maybe you need a new friend.
