Yes, all my kids were born in the 90's.

I was a teen in the late 70s and early 80s, and it was the best of times, except maybe the 60s and early 70s, but that was before my time. I always felt that I was born just a few years too late.

not really, I was born in 91 but if you look at the decades the music slowly started getting worse, probably around when rap started getting popular
