There was a time when kids didnt have to fear for their lives just walking into the school...as that time has passed...the schools roles have changed from one of educating our children to one of protecting them as well...perhaps if more parents took a stronger stand and were the ones there to patrol the school instead of leaving it to people who are trained to educate...it would be a better atmosphere...because they would be protecting their own...and would see the threat...

No, The schools are becoming MAXIMUM Security as you call it because of all the thugs, wangsters, (wannba gangsters) who are going to schools and shooting everyone.

Nope, it's because a few bad students decided to bring guns to school, kill their classmates, bring drugs to school, sell them to their classmates, etc. It's also because people that don't belong on campus come to cause trouble and get students and others to fight, to pick on other kids, and to vandalize school property.
That's society's fault -- the way our world has evolved.
