Just poop no doubt. White and stringy can be caused by many things, including stress. Since you have just had her 2 days I would assume its just a reaction tot he stress of being moved and not worry unless it keeps up several days.

I wouldnt worry much about her, since you just got her she is probably just stressed and released eggs that havent had the chance to form properly yet. If it continues for any length of time then I would get concerned.
