Over the past week I have found 3 tiny spots of blood on the toilet paper (one last thursday and two the thursday before). I have never had my period before and i just wanted to know whether that was it or a sign that it is coming? Help would be appreciated!

That certainly is a strong possibility. Have you had any discharge or cramps below your belly button ? I recommend you keep some pads on hand and some Midol, in case you get a headache or the dreaded cramps. Hang in there, sweetie!! :)

It probably is your period, but don't panic, just take some Advil or Pamprin for the cramps and wear a pad or tampon.

It sounds like you will be starting your periods soon. Wear and/or carry pads with you to prevent an accident if/when you are away from home.

Usually it leaves a brown track before coming if you have gotten this already than it probably is....if not than you should probably consult a dr.

my best guess is that it is..
unless youve done something to cause other bleeding down there.. ?

sounds like to me you could indeed be getting your period. also talk to someone (mom, aunt) its nothing to worry about. but they will be able to tell you more.

seems like you are starting your periods.They may not be regular at first and just be bits here and there like you are describing
