How can I look up my traffic violation dates?

I'm applying for a government job and they are asking me to list all my traffic violations from the last 5 years with their dates. And I don't remember when they occured... So is there a website that lets me look that up?

Nope. Just be as exact as you can. Month and year should suffice. When *I* applied, there were some I could only nail down to "Spring of 1990" etc.
