I have heard that he told 'God i have done the greatest mistake in my life ' after he dropped the bomb.
Do anyone know his name and what happened to him after that ? Was he honoured for that or did he feel for it ?

That is an urban myth. His name was Paul Tibbets and he later said that in the same situation we would do it again. Other members of the flight crew have expressed regret.

He had no regrets and died peacefully.
A guy who went around for years publicly posturing and breast-beating as the pilot was later proved never to have been on the flight at all.

He was severely haunted by what he did. He never forgave himself and if I remember correctly he ended up committing suicide some years later.
