ive had him for about a week and a half usually he swims around and eats (duh) but today he's been at the bottom laying , as the other fish just swim around him my tanks stats are all normal (yes everything is stable) i did a water change as my weekly routine
he seems to be chewing something (just like when he eats) also his poop is white is that normal it looks like worms

im really not sure about that all of the ones ive had never was sick.... but did show signs sometimes when water wasnt right or they didnt get what food they wanted.... but here is a great site with thousands of already answered questions about oscars and caring for them..... http://www.oscarfish.com

Just laying around on the bottom isn't normally something to worry about for an oscar, they do that sometimes. It can however be a sign of stress.
White stringy poop can also be a sign of stress, but can be caused by a bacterial infection.
I would suggest you watch him carefully for the next day or so and see if he begins to act normally again, or if the two problems continue. If you see both problems continuing, I would treat with a good antibiotic such as Furanase or Furan -2. Assuming he's still eating, try to feed him some antibiotic food as well.
