You'd need to look for countries with the same latitude (North AND Sound) and which have a similar coastline exposure.

In the southern hemisphere alone this would then include parts of Australia, and some countries in Africa and South America. Of course, prevailing winds and ocean currents would also be some factors which would have an effect on average temperatures and temperature variations... but you get the idea!
