File for a Writ of Garnishment. You probably won't get it because it is considered Unconstitutional in most states. I don't know about Georgia, but suspect that it is the same there for everything except child support. You CAN seize their assets, including vehicles and bank accounts. You file for the same Writ of Garnishment, but it is executed in a different way.
