5'5" and 110 is not fat, that's for sure!! If you lose any more weight, you'll be too thin. Instead of losing weight, why not do some sort of work-out that will tone your "problem" areas. Just be aware that as you get in better shape, you will gain weight b/c muscle weighs more than fat. Don't watch the scale, watch what your body looks like and how you feel.
Anybody who tells you to lose more weight is an idiot
P.S. My gf is 5'5" and 135 and perfect.
PSS-Don't take our word on your health--go to a doctor.

900-1000 calorie limit isnt terrible, but if you feel you could lose more on less calories I would worry. Youll lose weight sure but you will also be very unhealthy if you arent eating enough. You're only human, dont beat yourself up over going past your limit for the day, everyone deserves a little splurge. don't fret about feeling 'chubby' in your breasts, since i have yet to meet a guy who says he wants no boobs on girls haha. Being happy about losing a lb is perfectly normal, its an accomplishment! and the only person who can tell you what you're doing right is your doctor, and they will know if you're too skinny.

It sounds very much like you could be developing an eating disorder. I would say you need to see your doctor or a counselor immediately and be very honest with them. At 5'5" and 110 pounds you should not be losing weight. And as far as being "chubby" in your breasts and stomach, you're a woman, you're supposed to have a little chub in those areas, it's what makes us beautiful. Good luck, I hope you find what you are looking for and learn to see yourself as the beautiful woman you are.

It sounds like you're developing an eating disorder. At 5'5", 110 is WAY too skinny. You should weigh at least 125, but no more than 145.
Also, unless you're very inactive, you should be consuming between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. More, if you're very active.
You should go to a doctor.

You are at a very good weight for your age and height
If you eat healthy you won't have to always
watch you calories and stop getting on the scale so much
I'm an aerobic instructor I weigh more than I ever have
5"4" 135 lbs and wear a smaller size then
I have ever wore (size 4) that's because the fat I once
had is muscle and muscle is heaver than fat . You want to TONE UP sweetie! ALWAYS
EAT HEALTHY... don't grab a burger or chips
grab a fruit, carrot something without calories
and you won't have to watch your weight so
closely......good question

STOP!!!
5'5" and 110# is good for you!
STAY where you are!
Calorie intake for a normal size person(which you are) should be around 1500-1800 a day. I think! But just to be on the safe side go to www.webmd.com and figure out your BMI.
(Body Mass Index) and get your calorie limit from that!
Please don't obsess anymore. It will lead ti an eating disorder!
PLEASE!!

The only true way to tell where you should be, what you should be eating if your dieting, what is healthy, ect is to see a nutritionist, and if you are worried that you have a problem, see one to assure yourself one way or the other. Personally, i think that's normal, and it's good-it's portion control. The danger lies when portion control crosses the line to starvation, but I don't think your at that point, and if you can maintain your dieting how you are going, you should be ok. But, Im not a doctor, so I'm not a pro, just speaking from my own views, logic, and opinions.

Hello
I am 5'6" and am 108 [ I'm 17 ]. It sounds a bit like you have a small problem. Even I have my problem areas and wouldn't mind losing a pound or so. But It sounds to me like you are not fat, and if you feel the urge to starve yourself or throw up I think you should consider seeing a doctor.

it doesn't sound like you are to the point of an eating disorder and it is good that you noticed you might be going in that direction. i think what you need to do is not be worried about losing more weight, but feeling, looking, and being healthy.
