I do......it affects me so much that i have 2 take 100mg of Zoloft everyday...... :(

I do. I'm on medication, so the only thing that troubles me now is insomnia. Panic attacks are horrible. Cheza and I are on the same Zoloft regime. I also take 5 mg of Valium a day.

I don't know about Aniexty, but I have anxiety yes. I once got an anxiety attack at a gun range. It feels like I'm having a heart attack.

i have had anxiety attacks for over 20 years.they have made me a alcoholic,and a person who gets nervous and anxious over the least little thing.i have never took meds for the problem,because the dr.i had told me to try other things,to help,so i did,i turned to booze.i had them so bad i would walk the floor all night and never be able to sleep,i knew i was going to die because i couldnt breath and my heart was pounding out of my chest.i couldnt leave the house,and if i did i couldnt stand to go over 5 miles,or here came the attacks.my first husband never under stood what i was going thru and told me to suck it up and get over it.thankfully we are divorced and i have found some one else with the same problem.good luck to you

I used to have panic attacks quite often! It caused me to suffer from depression and not want to leave the house or socialize at all! I have gotten better in recent years though! I definitely will be praying for you!

I have it, coupled with depression, and 20 mg of Lexapro keeps me doing okay.
