No Judas, I was not so lucky! Actually I consider myself very blessed that I had no financial aid to go through college because that gave me the strength to walk the several extra miles in order to earn and pay for my own education! Throughout college I gave tuitions and did quite a few part time jobs. Today I am a First class MBA!!!

I never finished, but both times that I went, I used financial aid. Actually, scratch that. The first time I went, I used a loan, the second time, I used financial aid. And there's nothing like getting free money in the mail after you do that!

I had a full scholarship for track and field all four years
had to pay for graduate school so I had to get a loan didn't qualify for financial aid ...How about you?

i received both. hope scholarship (state of GA) and Pell Grant (federal financial aid), Order of Easter Star scholarship (fraternity scholarship)...and a couple of local churches gave me book scholarships

No but in California, the State JC's, Colleges and University
Systems are much less costly than the private Systems. I
did 7 years of college on a shoe string.
