Weights and measures is the culprit here. Human intervension decides to trea the norm as changeable and it's much nicer to slightly change already found beats...it makes or breaks the regular theme on the whole...makes it less boring too..and again, makes it unique and fresh though in ten years time will sound just like everything else.
