Toss-up between My Sweet Lord and My Guitar Gently Weeps. They're the ones I think of being most characteristically "George".

Edit: That is to say, there are a couple of songs he wrote or did vocals on that I also like, but think of as generic "Beatles" songs.

With the Beatles it's a toss up between "Something" and "Do You Want to Know A Secret." Solo it's a toss-up between "What Is Life" and "Got My Mind Set On You."

I think Something is his greatest song, but For You Blue, Awaiting on You All, I Me Mine, and Got My Mind Set on You round out the top five for me.
