Be yourself, find your old friends and hang out with them, they can help you if your school is big and you are new, you should go there before school starts to find the classrooms so you know where to go. GOOD LUCK!

Be polite.
Don't mouth off to any teacher.
Keep the cell phone OFF. After a few days, a teacher can spot a cell phone in use no matter how well you think that you can hide it.
Ask the teacher for help as soon as you are having trouble. This is valid as long as you are trying during the class. Forget it if you are goofing off or sleeping in class and then want special help on what you should have learned
