Thank you for the last answer, it was good, however we do not live in the same state as our dads let alone close enough to do a chore, we are a married couple with our own family. But the gift card idea is good too, I just hate to get gcards b/c it isnt very personal:)

For your husband's dad: thinkgeek.com is a website with some marvellous gadgets. Last Xmas I found a digital camera tripod (I think it was called a gorillapod) that was the gift of the moment! Your hunting step-dad might like a hunting-themed calendar, or mousepad (if he's into computers), a fine hunting-themed book or a photocollage (montage) of his hunting days (if it wouldn't make him too sad). As for your dad, membership in a hunting society, a discreet silk tie (hunting motif) for the office, a fine new belt or wallet (check L.L. Bean or Orvis).
Good luck & have a merry...

If they are working most of the time and hardly ever get to see the kids then that is a great idea. It is something they can keep and treasure for ever. As for poses. Take tasteful ones. Remember the kids will see the book as they grow up and you don't want any poses that would embarrass them when they marry. Put the pictures in a hand decorated book. Give it that personal touch. You could also write captions under the pictures. Good luck.

OK now if they have every thing imaginable for hunting, lets go for the practical instead.
If you live where it gets cold and snows you could get them a hat, scarf and glove set. I know this will be appreciated because my dad always needs gloves.
They have these gift sets at Walmart, Kohls, Target that have after shave, soap or shower gel, lotion, etc they are real nice.
Heavy socks for hunting/working in. My dad also always needs these because they wear out.

Here are some fantastic gift ideas that you can get at your local mall or on-line. I even rated them from 1-5 on how much I love them in my opinion:
1:Cologne ***
2:A gun rack *****
3:DVDs ***
4:Gift certificate (amazon.com,ebay.com etc...)****
5:Books **
6:If they have Playstation2, Playstation,Xbox, anything like that, I suggest hunting games... ****
7:Paint Ball gun **** (may cause injury if used in the wrong way)
I hope you find these gift ideas of help...
Merry Christmas

if it were me i would get them gift cards, gas cards, ect.
along with these i would give them a card and do some kind of chore for them, like cleaning the basement, garage, or some kind of yard work.
like my husband he is an avid hunter and he to has everything that you can imagine so this is what my children does for him.
no matter what you give or do it will be appreciated because it shows your love for these special men in your life.

unique gift – special art picture!
A friend of mine recommended http://www.photoartomation.com (they converts ordinary photos into art and print them on canvas).
I sent them a photo. They made several preview samples for me. All of them were perfect. I chose one of them and order a canvas stretched print. That was awesome!
