Well, first you wallow. You try reading a book or watching TV while thinking about your problem and eat marshmallows or chocolate.
Then, you write. You write and write. It can be a fake letter, or a real one. I can be just a random list of things going through your mind or a journal entry.It doesn't matter as long as you write.
Whatever you do, don't run away. Face your problems.
Trust me. If you put forth the effort, things will work out.

Actually, it's okay to cry. I think I'd be scared to be around someone who DOESN'T cry -- you can only keep emotions bottled up so long, then all havoc breaks loose!

I scream and eat ice cream and take a nice hot bubble bath it's always worked for me :)

If u want to show ur anger then rather then ended up in tears u can argue for wat u think u r right n if u dont want to show ur anger then u can divert ur mind to something else.
