If they're just pretending to not hear you, then whoever they are ignoring already has their attention. They have to pay enough attention to keep up the act of "not hearing."

Give them a big snog,
Do a little jig right in front of them,
Pull their pants down,
Give them a wedgie,
Tap them on their shoulder and keep doing it till they stop pretending. (That's really annoying!)
