Time is just a unit of measure made by man for personal use. Because people invented time, the world is not affected by it.

Yeah, the world would still work, we'd just be very unorganized.
However, I do think we'd able to track time no matter what. We observe the sun. It's the middle of the day when it is center sky. If it is not in the sky, it is considered night time.

the world would still work just as it always has. it would be really hard to make appointments, read bus schedules, punch in time clocks and stuff like that...
