When I drink coffee, hours later I feel tired, dizzy, and out of breath, I just feel weird, and when I eat something salty I feel the same way. Could this be high blood pressure?

yes, this is one of the reactions you would get from high blood pressure. Do not use anything with caffeine and reduce your salt intake. see a medical doctor and get a complete examination and see what can be done to stabilize your blood pressure

Yes it could be high blood pressure. I think the dizziness could be high blood pressure or something else. All I know is salt really makes your blood pressure go up. You better go to the doctor and get your blood pressure checked out. And if you do have high blood pressure you need to cut back of your salt intake.
