nopeits just a socket set or a torqu driver
you dont just change the motor, you have to change the regulator too thats the frame that holds the glass in place

Yes you will need tools beyond just the basic screw driver and hammer. The factory window motor is usually fastened to the interior door shell with rivets.

All you need is either a drill or angle grinder to remove the rivets securing the window mechanism to the inner door panel.
