well since an egg is made up of two disctinct soluable colloids made up of many different compounds, in an aqueous solution. it is a mixture of many various and different compounds. which is the definition of a mixture of two or more different compounds.
ice is a little more tricky. since it is mostly considered generaly erronously as, a compound, below the melting point for di-hydrogen monoxide. but since water is a generic term for technicial grade mixture of di-protium monoxide(first isotope), with traces of di-deterium monoxide(second isotpe), and tritium monoxide (third isotope of hydrogen). and is usualy never in its pure form, without refining this could be considered as a isotopic mixture at minimium. so it is comprized of three distinctly different isotope compounds of hydrogen without mention of any various soluents and suspended colloids and gasses. now if you said tripple distilled water or P2O as di-protium monoxide. this would eliminate dissolved gasses and most of the common solulents.
gasoline is normaly mixture of mostly hexane, septane, octane, nonane and decane. so it is definatly a mixture of various single compound hydrocarbons.
now blood is comprized of insoluable colloids, in a saline solution. so it is definatly a mixture.

This is a trick question. Gasoline to a homogenous mixture of several compounds(or should be) but it depends on the temperature. If it has ethyl alcohol in it(or certain other substances - even water)under certain conditions of pressure and temperature these will start settling out and drop to the bottom.
Ice should be a homogeneous compound but again it may not be as it can absorb methane and carbon dioxide and still look like ice.
Blood is a mixture, of different structures but taken en masse considered to be homogeneous, but it is not ! Which is why if you watch a blood transfusion, the blood is shaken up a bit before being transfused.
Now the egg is an egg and is indivisible. An egg is a unique unitary structure. Do anything to it and it ceases to be an egg!
