my wife of 10 years and I just separated about 2 months ago. but lately I noticed that she comes on to me alot. we broke up cause she had an affair. now just last night I went over to see the kids and put them to bed and i went downstairs to watch the news and she came down and put her hands on me (hint hint). and then kept going, and finished by performing oral. what do you people think of this? is she trying to get back together? cause i dont want to. give me some suggestions.

She's afraid of losing her control of you. You need to take your balls back & stand up to her. Let her know what your plans are & if she's not part of them, tell her. If it was her infidelity that has caused a rift in your marriage, tell your going to sue the guy for alienation of affection. Watch her reactions!! Remember, you are the injured party. You can take the children & leave. Go talk to legal aid.

If you are legally separated you just made that separation null and void. It should state somewhere in the separation papers that if you intend to follow through with divorce neither one of you will engage the other in a sexual act otherwise that will make the separation null and void. You were just as much at fault as she was, you could have gotten up and walked out but you CHOSE to stay. Now you're going to have to start from square one all over again.

I wouldn't really know what to think of this behavior other than maybe she is trying in her own way to tell you that she is sorry and wants to be with just you. I don't state this as a fact. just a guess. What you should do is set down and have a one on one with her and ask her what she is thinking. If in fact she IS wanting to get back together, while you are not, then it would be most unfair to keep her in the dark. Tell her your thoughts and also the pain that was felt by her deeds. Maybe then she will come closer to understanding your decision about the marriage.

If you don't want to get back with her, you should be telling her no! By letting her perform sex on you, your keeping her hopes up and leading her on! Besides, in my state you have to be apart for 1 year to get a divorce and that oral sex starts that year over!

I never understood why people get divorced and then hook up again. When my husband and I divorced, the thought of him touching me in an intimate way made my stomach turn. This is not only confusing you but seeing you in the house on a regular basis has to confuse your children too.
