yes it was on the news either last year or the year before because of the climate changes spiders arnt dying off as early as they used to.Spiders continue to grow all their lives each time they out grow their skins they shed therefore the common spiders are becoming much larger because they are living longer xxx

Not common at all. I live in SC and have the inside of my home sprayed for spiders and bugs every three months so i won't have to deal with large spiders.

I will never recover, if I ever encounter a spider that size in my home.

( My Mother raised me to believe little house spiders where to be left alone & they where all called Anna.)

Now it is bedtime and I hope I don't dream of the size of spider you describe Mr.Frewster. Heaven forbid, that would be a nightmare. Oh well, Nite Nite, see you later~~~

It depends where you live. We've been finding spiders that big in our homes around here lately. I live in the south US. It is really disgusting to wake up in the middle of the night because there is a 4 inch yellow and black spider crawling up your leg.

Omg, lemme tell you...

I woke up one morning, and found a HUGE spider in my bathroom sink. Scared the living daylights outta me.

It was probably about 3 inches wide. Terrifying thing.

My mom was all like "it was just a little spider". She killed it with hairspray cause it was too big to squish. LMAO.

Generally, in the fall or as the weather cools down, very large spiders invade homes.

I don't think it is really common, in the normal home..If you live in a tree its a another story... LoL If you have one in your house, trap it under a cup or something, and call the nearest bug place

I keep finding ones that are like 3 inches. They're massive. Needless to say I just leave those suckers to it. Although my man probably saves me from them while I'm not looking. I don't like to think they're getting squashed, he's quite subtle.
