Ok i'f my cosin is getting married to my friends half sister would that make us related?

no, being related by marriage only goes to the person who married a relative. If A marries one of your cousins then A is also a cousin, but not anyone who is related to A. So since your cousin is marrying your friends half sister, the half sister is now your cousin my marriage but your friend is not.
