I thought you and Cliff had a falling out because he left you hanging. Don't let things go over the edge. Be a little boulder and take charge. Cliff is the basalt of the earth, so don't take him for granite because of his sedimentary ways. He is a morphic kind of guy, and I never met a morphic person I didn't like.

My husband. We have been married for 26 years and in that time he has seen me through 18 operations, most of them concerning cancer and many other things. I was abused as a child and he has taught me what true love is. When I was battling cancer, our daughters were very young. Between the ages of 5 months and 9 years old. Not only did he take care of them while taking care of me, but he even learned how to change dressings, advance drainage tubes change I.V. lines and mix I.V.s so I could come home from the hospital.

Yes, he is my rock and always has been.

The rock in my life... someone I turn to when I am needing advice, need understanding, need a hug and be told things will be alright, someone who lends a helping hand, someone who makes my day brighter just by being there... I have that someone and it makes a world of difference. That would be my sister. She is my rock of life.

Well, sort of, but it's a soft rock, I suppose. Sandstone, perhaps. I need granite.

Welcome back. I hope my two cents worth helped.
