ABSOLUTELY!
Some people think that 'well I'm paying for it (house or apt), so i can do WHATEVER I WANT! (esp if it's a house!)

WRONG!!
And (told to me by several police i asked) you can make a complaint against anyone ROUND THE CLOCK!

People that say it's only after 10pm are DEAD WRONG!
Also, the Police do NOT have to hear the music (you can be fined if someone makes a Citizen's Arrest!
How would u like it if u worked nights, & slept days, only to have some deaf creep blasting away at his pleasure!?

Too many people sit & take it (get involved,..if it's loud don't wait till someone else calls,..somepeople are timid/afraid!)!

If you are Disturbing the Peace, yes. Most cities have ordinances against loud noises after 10-11pm.
