my wife and i dont have kids,but she has 3 grandkids,and i treat them just like they were my very own.

Yep because I'm 38 so I'll probably get stuck with a recycled guy. Not much choice there. One of the reasons so many women my age aren't married with kids is because not so many of the guys our age never wanted to. If a guy my age or older was interested in marrying and having kids at all, he probably has already.
I'm not complaining that seriously. I like kids so being a stepmom would be a good thing.

If they're smart they won't. I have one child (who's older now), and I married a man who has NO children. I love kids, but there is no way I would think about getting into a relationship with someone with young kids. I do not want to be a stepmom---only if their mom had passed away. I would not want to deal with an ex of any kind.

Yes, but I'd see how that person interacts with the children they already have before I'd have a child with them. I think it's better for the real parents to deal with the children and the 3rd parents to stay very neutral in that area.

Depends on how good the children are and if the one your mate had the kids with is either abusive, stalker, or in any way intrusive to YOUR relationship, meaning the relationship between you and your mate.. If all is good then that's a definite yes

If I did not have kids, and I was not already married I would marry someone if they had kids already. I would want them to do the same for me. My husband and I both already had one kid each before we married.

As a custodial parent, I would not marry someone who had no children of their own again.

Yes, I would. If I loved that person & got along with his child/children.
I have a child of my own, and I'm dating a guy that doesn't have any children, he's fine with it.Probably because I don't shove my kid down his throat.I let them come together on their own terms.

better question, if not why not? If you would not, either you are too young or you are shallow. In today's world more people have children than do not, single or divorced. You learn to deal with who you love, and if that means kids are part of the package then so be it.
