First, let's get a couple of things straight. Congress CANNOT "find a loophole" in the Constitution because congress isn't the branch that interprets what that document means. Any such interpretation would have to come from the Supreme Court. By amendment, a president is prohibited from serving more than two terms (an amendment pushed through by the Republicans after Franklin D. Roosevelt's four elections that later came back to bite them: all polls showed Eisenhower -- and Reagan, for that matter -- could have been elected to a third term). While it's true that a constitutional amendment could allow a president more than two terms, any amendment requires ratification by 3/4 of the states -- incidentally, the ONLY requirement in American government that sets such a high hurdle for passage. Can't you just see 37 states voting to let George W. have a third term--?

Congress is Democrat and it won't happen! I would not be surprised for another "terrorist" attack to happen and Bush try and declare Martial Law, suspending elections! Why else is he building 600 concentration camps!

Besides, and I don't condone it, I don't think Bush would make it to the end of his term

And yes "Bush Invented the Google", it is in the Constitution, but so is habeas corpus as is the Bill of Rights which Bush managed to have 9 of 10 of them circumvented by the Military Commissions Act of 2006 as well as habeas! This is trying to be undone by a bill before Congress!

This is what the Attorney General thinks about habeas:

There isn't one; this issue is specifically addressed in the Constitution - a President may only serve two four-year terms. Period. It's actually IN the Constitution, to prevent a dictator from being able to take over.

I'd visit the grave of each framer of the Constitution and slap them... which probably would do nothing to stop them spinning in their graves, but would make me feel better.

Well, as there is no such loophole . . . moot question.

Besides, there is no way (short of major vote fraud) that he could win another election, even if he were eligible to run again.

I would hold a funeral for democracy because the only way Bush is getting four more years is the death of democracy.

Not really something I really want to think about but...

I would be irate at our DEMOCRATIC Congress.

And I would work extra hard against Bush's campaign, no matter who was running against him.

Like all Real Americans, I would celebrate.

That would sure upset the Terrorists and their partners, the Democrats.
