A port and polish on the cylinder head is the next step. Next would be cam work. ADDED: As Jon is correct about the gearing, I'll pipe in here and say try one tooth larger in the front or 3-4 smaller in the rear. This will affect the first three gears the most by giving you a longer ratio to run thru those gears but it will hamper top speed to some degree and will make it so that any hill-climbing will need to be in a lower gear to stay in the power-band.
